The apartment is perfect for singles or couples looking for an apartment in Vienna during their Erasmus semester. There are 5 areas: bedroom, kitchen(with shower), central room, bathroom and anteroom. The apartment is in the 2nd floor with the windows in the direction of a quite courtyard. The heating comes from a central oven in the central room. The windows were changed last year, which allows the heat to stay in the living areas quite well. The furniture includes a 140 cm bed, couch, sound system, projector and all the necessary kitchen items, among other things.
Das Haus ist im 7en Bezirk. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ubahn Station Burgasse/Stadthalle sowie zur Strassenbanhn 49 Westbahnstraße/Kaiserstraße. Die Mariahilferstraße ist ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Man erreicht Volkstheater und die Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn 49 innerhalb 12 min. Das Weihnachtsmarkt Spittelberg sowie sämtliche Kaffees und Bars auf der Neubaugasse und Burgasse sind innerhalb 7-10 min erreichbar.
The building is in the 7th district. One of the coolest districts in Vienna, with a lot of bars, cafes and one of the prettiest christmas markets (Spittelberg) 7-10 minutes away. Volkstheater and the beginning of the central district are around 12 minutes away with the tram 49. The biggest shopping street in Austria (Mariahilferstraße) is 5 min walking. The underground station Burgasse/Stadthalle is 2 minutes away by foot.
