Stadtzentrum in Fußnähe (10-15 min Rathaus - 1ster Bezirk) und optimale öffentliche Anbindung zu ganz Wien und Umgebung. Im 8. Bezirk befinden sich viele Cafés, Restaurants und hippe Bars, sowie einige Parks die zum Verweilen oder sportlicher Betätigung einladen.

The apartment

- is very centrally located in the 8th district of Vienna - about 2 min. walk to the U6. City center within walking distance (10-15 min City Hall - 1st district) and optimal public connections to all of Vienna and the surrounding area. In the 8th district are many cafes, restaurants and hip bars, as well as some parks that invite you to linger or do sports.

The apartment has

- a bathroom with shower and toilet

- a small fine kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, extractor fan, knives, boards, dishes, ...)
