The place is around 66m2, in the picture you can see the cool distribution. The kitchen is included. When something is broken the house management (Hausverwaltung) will take care of it. They work quite fast tackling any problem that arises. The small room we currently use as walk-in-wardrobe is quite handy to be honest. The place faces the inner building, which results in a super amazing “jungle view”, cosy and super quiet. Although it is a first floor, there is a Lift just in case. The apartment also comes with a basement and a fully equipped laundry room.
The furniture it is not included but can be bought from my side. It is negotiable, but everything included is around 2k€.
Die Lage ist ein weiteres Highlight. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Haustüre, es gibt viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants, und Bars gleich ums Eck. In das Stadtzentrum (Rathaus, MQ, Stadtpark) braucht man zu Fuß weniger als 15 Minuten. Verkehrsmittel Verbindungen (U6 Thalistraße, Straßebahn 5 und 46) gibt es im Umkreis von maximal 2 Gehminuten. Besichtigung nach Vereinbarung möglich (bitte hier die geltenden Gesundheitsregeln beachten)

The area is just awesome. Close to many bars, restaurants, interesting places and decent walking distant to the city centre, around 12 min to Rathaus
Around the corner the metro Thaliastraße (U6), tram 5 and 46 can be found.

I sadly have to move out from my beloved apartment since I am leaving the country for some time. It could be rented from me (complicated), preferably I want someone to take over the contract directly, which would make things easier. The place is either for one person (more expensive) or for a couple (best value).
