Schöne, helle Balkonwohnung bis September

Da ich für ein paar Monate verreise und meine Wohnung gerne behalten würde suche ich vertrauenswürdige und gepflegte Personen zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und super für Pärchen geeignet (2er WG wäre auch möglich).
Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme und die Vitamin D Tankstelle der kleinen, aber schmucken Wohnung ist der West(bissl Süd)-Balkon im 5. Stock (mit Lift).
Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten Neubauhaus in der Sobieskigasse, eine Minute vom Sobieskiplatz entfernt.
Es gibt eine kleine, wohnliche Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein kleines Bad mit Waschmaschine, getrenntes Klo, eine Abstellkammer für Lebensmittel und zwei weitere Zimmer. Leider ist die Küche zu klein für einen Tisch, aber es gibt einen 2-3-Personentisch am Gang. Die beiden Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß und haben beide einen Ausgang auf den Balkon. Man schaut in den begrünten und sehr ruhigen Innenhof, den wir auch mitbenutzen können. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil (in dem ich einen Bereich für die Zwischenlagerung meiner Sachen beanspruchen würde), Fahrradkeller, Lift und Wäschekeller.
Ein Zimmer hat ca. 17 m², das andere ca. 10m². Beide sind hell und wohnlich.


As I am traveling for a few months and would like to keep my apartment, I am looking for trustworthy and well-maintained people to rent it temporarily. The apartment is furnished and particularly suitable for couples (a shared flat for 2 would also be possible).
Heating is provided by district heating and the vitamin D filling station of the small but pretty apartment is the west (slightly south) balcony on the 5th floor (with elevator).
The apartment is in a well-kept new building in Sobieskigasse, one minute from Sobieskiplatz.
There is a small, cozy kitchen with dishwasher, a small bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, a storage room for groceries and two other rooms. Unfortunately, the kitchen is too small for a table, but there is a 2-3 person table in the hallway. The two rooms are different sizes and both have access to the balcony. You look out onto the green and very quiet inner courtyard, which we can also use. There is also a small cellar compartment (where I would use part of it for temporary storage of my belongings), a bicycle cellar, elevator and laundry room.
One room is approx. 17 m², the other approx. 10 m². Both are bright and cozy.
