In jedem Raum befindet sich an der Decke eine Infrarot Heizung die individuell einstellbar ist. Die Wohnung hat kein Gas, die Beheizung erfolgt über Infrarot Heizpaneele an der Decke. Die aktuellen Stromkosten belaufen sich auf ca €110 monatlich, die letzte Anpassung aufgrund des Verbrauches erfolgte im Juni 2023. (muss direkt vom Mieter umgemeldet werden)

In the living room there is a dining table for 4-6 people and a comfortable couch. A double door leads to the small south-facing balcony, which is particularly quiet due to its inner courtyard location.

Both kitchen and bathroom are new and fully equipped with:
- Refrigerator + freezer, oven, induction stove, hood, dishwasher.
- Bathtub, rainforest shower, opaque window and washing machine.

In each room there is an infrared heater on the ceiling which is individually adjustable. The apartment has no gas, heating is provided by infrared heating panels on the ceiling. The current electricity costs is about € 110 monthly, the last adjustment due to consumption was made in June 2023. (Must be re-registered directly by the tenant).
