Befristet Miete DACHGESCHOSSWOHNUNG MIT TERRASSE AM REUMANNPLATZ - Flexible Datum: (von 1 September - bis 20 Oktober )

Hallo, wir sind ein italienisches Paar, das in Wien lebt!
Ich und meine Freundin mieten für circa zwei Monate (vom 20.08.2022 bis 20.10.2022 flexibile date auch ein Monat möglich) unsere möblierte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Lift und Terrasse, das Haus ist 5 Minuten vom Reumannplatz entfernt.
Wir suchen eines ordentliches und sauberes Person, oder ein Paar mit den gleichen Anforderungen.
Die Wohnung ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt, wobei das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse nach Süden ausgerichtet sind, so dass Sie den ganzen Nachmittag bis zum Abend die Sonne haben!
Die erste Etage besteht aus einem kleinen Bad, einem großen Wohnzimmer (Sofa, Couchtisch) mit Küche (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank)
Die zweite Etage besteht aus einem großen möblierten Schlafzimmer (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Doppelbett), ein Badezimmer (komplett mit Dusche und Waschmaschine) und eine Terrasse von 8 Quadratmetern mit Outdoor-Sofas und Sonnenschirm!
Die Miete mit allem inklusive beträgt 800€ pro Monat
Es wird ein schriftlicher und unterschriebener Vertrag aufgesetzt.

Die Kaution beträgt 800€

Hi, we are an Italian couple living in Vienna!
Me and my girlfriend rent for two months (from 20.08.2022 to 20.10.2022 flexible dates, possibile only one month) our furnished flat on the top floor, with lift, with terrace, the house is 5 minutes far away from Reumannplatz.
We are looking for a tidy and clean girl, or a couple with the same requirements.
The flat is divided into two floors with the living room and the terrace facing south, so you have the sun all afternoon until evening!
The first floor consists of a small bathroom, a large living room (sofa, table) with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator)
The second floor consists of a large furnished bedroom (wardrobe, desk, double bed), a bathroom (complete with shower and washing machine) and a terrace of 8 square meters with outdoor sofas and a sun umbrella!
The all-inclusive rent is 800€ per month.
A written and signed contract is drawn up.
The deposit is 800€.
