beautiful apartment with lots of light for one month

Hello!

We leave from the 29th of may and come back the 12th of july. We would
like to rent our apartment for that period. It would also be possible not to rent
it for the whole time (to be discussed individually)
Our beautiful and sunny apartment is 79 square meters and is just in front of the Augarten. (big beautiful garden). It has two rooms, one small (about 9 or 10square meters) and a really big one (30 square meters), a really nice and comfortable kitchen where one can sit and eat, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and a small room to store clothes a.o. What is really a pleasure in this apartment is that you can hear birds singing, so in a way you feel very close to nature while being home. It has light coming from both sides and it is very quiet and peaceful.
Of course it has a good internet connection and a washing mashine!

You have the U2 taborstrasse station next, supermarkets as billa, and Spar, a great market (Karmelitenmarkt) and lots of places where to eat. It is at walking distance from the city center of Vienna.
One month is 730 euro.
Smoking in the apartment is not aloud
