Ich werde ab 2te October in Bildungskarenz für einen Jahr gehen und ich vermiete eine voll mobilierte, zentrale, große, helle und ruhige Wohnung.
Für Paaren oder Freunde geheignet.
Es kann auch sein dass, ich nicht mehr zurück nach Wien komme und dann kannst du in der Wohnung bleiben.
Gegenüber altes AKH Campus und 5 Minuten entfernt von Schottentor U2 und Uni Wien.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und kann man gut sich erholen.
Internet 🛜 ist leider nicht vorhanden aber das Lokal Gagarin liegt gleich darunter und dort hast du gratis wlan so wie auch in Campus. Du kannst auch Internet in der Wohnung habe aber du muss es machen.
Falls du Interesse hast schreib mir bitte eine Email . Erzähl mir bitte was du in Wien machst und ein bisschen über dich selbst.

From October 2023 I will go abroad for one year to study and you can live alone in a big fully funished 56qm flat! 🤩🎆
The flat costs all inklusive 850€. maybe I will be back in one year or maybe you can take the Apartment if you want. Ideal for friends or a couple.
Internet is Not available but you will have it in Gagarin, a bar under the Apartment. You can have internet in the flat as well but you hve to do it.
The Apartment is very quiet in front of the University Campus, Altes AKH and Schottenring U2 and University.
If you want to have the flat please Write me a Detailed Email about yourself, what are You doing in Vienna, etc. .
