The apartment itself is not very big, perfectly fitting 1-2 people. It is 42m2, has a hall, a storage room (or a walk-in garderobe if you want), bathroom with a bathtub, the main room and a small kitchen. The washing machine and the dryer machine are in the Keller. All the furniture from the photographs will remain in the apartment, as well as the flowers and tableware/utensils.
We do also have a bicycle that we can leave for you to use while staying.
The apartment is located on Neulerchenfelder Straße (16 district), next to the U-Bahn station Josefstädter Straße (5 minutes walking). We also have a tram no.2 stop in front of the building, which allows us to get to the center in 10-15 minutes. We have a nice Asian shop on the ground floor, Spar and Hoffer nearby and of course a Brunnenmarkt and a Saturday market on Yppenplatz.
The monthly rent is 800 euro including everything. As we want the sublet to be legal and official, we will ask you to sign a contract with our landlord and to secure a deposit, that can be returned with the end of the stay (the amount of deposit is also discussable).
