Die Wohnung bestehet aus 3 Zimmern (23, 13, 13 m2), Flur, Bad, Klo und Küche. Die Wohnung wurde vor 5 Jahren vollkommen renoviert und ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und hat einen Lift. Die Küche ist vollkommen ausgerüstet mit einer neuen Mikrowelle, Geschirr etc. Ablöse für den Gemeinschaftsbereich (Möbel im Eingang und Abstellraum und Küche Zubehör) 100€.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Waschraum im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 15. Bezirk, 7 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof (U6, U3 und verschiedene Straßenbahnen und Busse). Billa und Spar sind 5 und Penny und Bipa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Ruhige Nebenstraße, Schönbrunn ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Der 15. Bezirk wird immer mehr in und man findet viele nette Lokale und Cafés.
