Die helle, teilmöblierte Wohnung teilt sich auf in ein etwas größeres Wohnzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein ruhiges zum Innenhof gerichtetes Schlafzimmer, sowie Küche und Duschbad mit WC. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich die Küche praktischerweise mit einem Fenster und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Lift, zusätzlich befindet sich am Gang noch ein kleiner Abstellraum.
Die Miete inkludiert Miete, Betriebskosten und Möbelmiete.
Von den dazugehörigen Möbeln sieht man auf den Fotos das Sofa, den Glastisch, sowie diverse Lampen; es zählen noch einige Stücke dazu, die nicht zu sehen sind.
Bei Interesse können von mir auch einige Möbelstücke gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden.

The light, partly furnished flat is separated in a bigger room living space with a walk in closet, a calm bed room looking to the inner courtyard, kitchen and a small bathroom.
In the entry area where the kitchen is located is also a window and a washing machine.
The flat is located in the third floor without an elevator and to the flat belongs a small storeroom in the hallway.
The rent includes the rent, operating costs and furniture rent.
On the photos you can see the sofa, the glass table and diverse lamps but there are more pieces not shown. If there is an interest in furniture I brought to the flat, they can stay for an one-off payment.
