Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Gürtel/Brunnenmarkt mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Straßenbahnen und der U6.
Der Charme des Wohnviertels liegt auf dem Yppenplatz und dem angrenzenden Brunnenmarkt, die wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Neben den Marktständen gibt es zahlreiche hübsche Cafés und Restaurants, die an sonnigen Tagen Menschen aus der ganzen Stadt anziehen.
Von Spar, Billa, Penny bis Lidl und Hofer hat man eine riesige Auswahl zum Lebensmitteleinkauf innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten, Billa Plus und Interspar got your back, wenn deine Einkaufsliste besonders lange geworden ist (10 bis 15 Minuten).
