Sehr schöne Wohnung im Dachgeschoss (4. Stock), Ost-West-Ausrichtung, 2 Balkone.
Du hättest die große Wohnküche zur Verfügung sowie eines der beiden Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wird manchmal von mir verwendet, wenn ich in Wien bin. Ich arbeite als Reiseleiterin in ganz Europa und bin viel unterwegs.
Es gibt ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, WC ist extra.
Schöne Küche mit Geschirrspüler.
Der Preis EUR 650 ist ein Pauschalpreis - Heizung, Wasser, Internet ist inklusive.

Very nice flat on the top floor (4th floor), east-west orientation, 2 balconies.
You would have use of the large kitchen/living room and one of the two bedrooms. The second bedroom is sometimes used by me when I am in Vienna. I work as a tour guide all over Europe and travel a lot.
There is a bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, WC is extra.
Nice kitchen with dishwasher.
Furnishing by arrangement.
The price EUR 650 is an all-inclusive price - heating, water, internet is included.
