We are renting this winter our lovely flat, since we would like to travel a bit. We are renting for 4-10 weeks out beautiful and fully equipped apartment in a vibrant 16. District. Spacious, not too warm, stylish and comfortable. We furnished it recently with nice, modern stuff. We are are a family with a toddler, so we can leave all the equipment needed. The kitchen is fully equipped too. We have a home office space in bedroom that is really comfortable. Internet is fast, we have Netflix and Amazon Prime. The roof top is amazing in summer to have a grill or just sit outside since it is green. Neighbors are very kind.
There is a tram station in front of the building and it takes you to center in 15 minutes. The trams 2,9,44 are the ones we use and they take you to all the important aces in the city. U6 metro station Alser Strasse is 7min by foot. The location is amazing since we have a square Yppenplatz 5 min walking distance, that is full with nice locals and restaurants. The forest is also not far away, around 20 min by tram. The position of the flat is fantastic.
