I'm offering my 2-room-apartment during the summer! Since the flat faces a big garden, cool wind comes through the windows, especially in the evenings and it stays fresh until next day afternoon :-)

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with a big sofa and table. In the bedroom, there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a big walk in closet as well as a drawer just for your things!

Of course, there will be bedsheets, blankets and pillows.

The area is not the first district, but it is near by the very artsy Yppenplatz and the popular Brunnenmarkt (as opposed to the touristy, expensive Naschmarkt). You'll find International cuisine, a lot of bars and restaurants with nice (roof)terraces to sit outside. However, don't expect it to be super, super fancy ;)

The tram 46 is almost right in front of the house (leading to the city centre), the U6 is a 10 min walk or two tram stops away (you're at the Danube super quickly!). Bus 48A brings you either to the inner city or to the green outskirts of Vienna.

Everything else you'll need for your everyday life (supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, and a market) is just around the corner.

And in addition to that, I'd be more than happy to lend you my bicycle as well!
