Helle und sonnige 2 Zimmer 60 m2 große Apartments bieten bequem Platz für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug. Diese Wohnung eignet sich für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Es gilt Haustier- und Rauchverbot, aber der sonnige Balkon ist ein geeigneter Ort für Raucher.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine komfortable Matratze (180 x 200), einen kleinen Schreibtisch für den Arbeitsbereich, einen bequemen Sessel und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank zum Auspacken und Wohlfühlen.
Der geräumige Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa, das in ein 140 x 200 cm großes Bett umgewandelt werden kann, ein volles Bücherregal mit vielen wundervollen Büchern in englischer und deutscher Sprache sowie WLAN. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier Personen. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Ihnen auch 1 Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Im Haus gibt es zwei Miele Profi Waschmaschinen und Trockner die benutzt werden können (1,5 Eur pro Waschgang). Eine separate neu renovierte Toilette.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen, Stabmixer, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Kaffeemaschine. Alle Töpfe und Pfannen, die Sie zum Braten eines Eies oder zum Zubereiten eines Steak benötigen, befinden sich in der Küche.

Location
Brigittenau, the location of the apartments, is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, but also centrally located. There is a lot to do in the area and it's easy to get to anywhere in the city in no time. There’s a wonderful huge playground at the bottom of the street. You’ll also be a mere 3 blocks from the Danube River to escape the summer heat for a swim.

Apartment
Bright and sunny 2 rooms apartment in a new building in 60m², on the 5th floor with lift, a large apartment that can comfortably sleep 4 people. This apartment is perfect as a transitional home for couples, solo traveler, business traveler, students, interns, trainees, and families (with children), etc. Pet and smoking restrictions apply, but the sunny balcony is a suitable place for smokers.

Rooms
The bedroom has a comfortable mattress (180 x 200), a small desk for the work area, a cozy armchair, spacious dressing closet to unpack and feel at home. There’s also a ceiling fan. You’ll find iron with ironing board, bedding and linen, etc.

The spacious living area has a sofa that can be easily converted into a 140 x 200 cm bed, a bookshelf stuffed with wonderful classics and various genres in both English and German.

The dining area sits four people.

The bathroom has a showe. The newly renovated toilet is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, hand blender, microwave, kettle, fridge with a freezer compartment and coffee maker. All the pots and pans you need to fry an egg or cook a steak meal are available.

Shopping
Supermarkets and all necessary shops are within 3-4 blocks within walking distance. Millennium city mall with cinema is only 7 minutes walk. Also, the proximity to the central point of Praterstern train station gives you access to grocery stores, restaurants and drugstores from 6:00 to 22:00.

This apartment is a perfect option for someone working in the VIC area. It is just 15 minutes by public transport or a short, refreshing bike ride on the Danube to the VIC area.

We have an excellent connection to and from Vienna International Airport. The airport trains S2 and S7 will take you directly to the apartment / airport (Traisengasse).

Parking
Regular city parking tickets needed from 9 - 22 o'clock. An option could also be parking for free near Heiliegenstadt (19 district) and taking the bus 10A back to the flat. There is a parking lot 5€/day few minutes away at Millennium city.

Highway
Excellent highway connection 2 min away.
