It is a 2-floor house. The first floor is an open space-oriented design, with a large living room next to a spacious fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony (very enjoyable during spring and summer time, where to gather people for meals and drinks or just to enjoy your morning coffee), and a little toilet as well. The second floor consists of 5 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a little room with a washing machine. The space is all connected by a corridor. In addition, there is an extra storage space in the large attic.
The lighting in the whole house is unique. The surrounding is quite calm. Thanks to the close proximity to neighbors’ backyards, trees, and green grass are also part of the setting.
The price of the room is 306 euros. Everything is included in the price except for the internet (10 euros)

The house is located 5 minutes from the U1 stations Kagraner Platz and Rennbahnweg in a quiet location with quick connections to the city center, the Danube, and the airport. Many shops nearby, 2 Spars, a Billa, Hofer, DM, etc; barbershops; two gyms (Fitinn and McFit), and a bunch of different bars and restaurants.
WG LIFE:
There are 4 housemates, from Spain, Italy, and Austria.
Their ages range from 22 to 30.
Michele is Italian and works in the banking sector. He will teach you how to make the perfect risotto.
Fabian is Austrian and works in catering. He contributes by fulfilling everyone’s appetite when bringing food from work.
Sergio is Spanish and works as a .project quality engineer. He likes doing sports, and might potentially ask you to join him in any racquet sports match.
Anna is Austrian and works as a. She loves cinema and is pretty down to watch a movie/series together while having some red wine. At the moment, she lives between Salzburg and Vienna, and will probably not spend much time at the house.
Everyone in the house enjoys having daily stuff conversations. You might also gather together to cook, or to watch a movie, for instance. The co-living spirit is very friendly. Everyone respects each other timings and plans within the household.
