Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20. Bezirk in der Raffaelgasse. Sie hat 35m², ist voll möbliert (mit WAMA), neu renoviert, und für August und Sept. 2013 zu haben.
Öffis: 2 min zu Fuß zur U6-Station Jägerstraße, 8 min zu Fuß zur U4-Station Friedensbrücke, 2 min zu Busstation 5 und B5. 5 min zu Straßenbahn 31.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr vorteilhaft für die WU Wien, da sie in 5 min erreichbar ist, jedoch benötigt man auch zu den anderen Unis nicht allzu lange. BOKU 15 min, TU und Uni Wien 20 min mit Öffis.
Fahrrad fahren ist auch eine gute Möglichkeit, da es rund um die Wohnung viele Fahrradwege gibt und der Donaukanal sehr schön und vor allem autofrei ist.
Miete pro Monat: Euro 400,- all in.
