The two-room apartment is very bright and comfortable and is situated on the 2nd floor of an old building in the 10th district. It is perfect for couples, but also as a shared flat for two persons, because both rooms (ca. 21m² and ca. 13m²) are accessible separately. The house itself is located in a quiet backroad, in which there are mostly (free) parking possibilities. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, sink with small cupboard and toilet. The following furniture is still in the flat and should be taken over by the next tenant for 300€:
- 1 bed with mattress (200 x 140)
- 1 big mirror cabinet
- 1 kitchen table with 4 stools
- 2 cupboards with inside light
- 2 shelves in the floor and the kitchen
- 1 sleeping couch
Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Neilreichgasse (Straßenbahnlinie 6: 15 Minuten direkt zum Westbahnhof) entfernt, 10 Gehminuten von der Kliebergasse (Straßenbahnlinien 1 (15 Minuten direkt zur Hauptuniversität), 18, 62, Badner Bahn), 10 Gehminuten vom Matzleinsdorfer Platz (Schnellbahn). Zur U-Bahnstation Keplerplatz (wo es in der Favoritenstraße viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und am Viktor Adler Markt sogar einen täglichen Gemüsemarkt gibt) sind es rund 15 und zum neuen Hauptbahnhof 20 Gehminuten. Aufgrund des guten Anschlusses an den öffentlichen Verkehr sind es nur ca. 45 Minuten zum Flughafen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Hofer, Penny, Spar, Lidl, Billa und zahlreiche orientalische Lebensmittelgeschäfte (türkisch, persisch, indisch, chinesisch) sowie Restaurants.
From the flat, it is 3 minutes by foot to the stop Neilreichgasse (tramway line 6: 15 minutes to Westbahnhof), 10 minutes to Kliebergasse (tramway lines 1 (directly to the main university), 18, 62, Badner Bahn), 10 minutes to Matzleinsdorfer Platz (Schnellbahn). It is 15 minutes to the metro station Keplerplatz (where many shops and restaurants in the Favoritenstraße and even a daily vegetable market are located) and 20 minutes to the new Hauptbahnhof. Because of the perfect connection to the public transport, it is only ca. 45 minutes to the airport.
The supermarkets Hofer, Penny, Spar, Billa and Lidl are very close. Furthermore, there are many oriental (Turkish, Persian, Indian, Chinese) shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
