Schönes Gartenhäuschen zur Zwischenmiete

Liebe Leute,

wir (das sind Christoph und Katharina) verreisen und möchten unser wunderbares Gartenhäuschen in der Zeit von 23.10.2018 bis 11.1.2019 vermieten. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einem ruhig gelegenen Wohngebiet des 13. Bezirkes, nicht unweit von der Station Hütteldorf und dem Lainzer Tiergarten. Das Häuschen hat 43 m2 und besteht aus Wohnküche (Küche mit Geschirrspüler), Schlafzimmer, und einem Bad mit WC und Dusche. Das Highlight sind die beiden Terrassen, wobei die größere (etwa 25m2) davon überdacht ist, und der Garten, des das Häuschen umschließt.
Man braucht etwa 5-10 Gehminuten zur Station Hütteldorf, von wo aus man sehr schnell (U4, S45, S80) in allen Bereichen der Stadt ist... Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Kiosk, Post etc. ist alles in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Haus ist komplett möbliert und alles darf bzw. soll benutzt werden... :-)

Dear all,

we (Katharina and Christoph) are renting out our lovely house in a quiet living area in the 13th district in Vienna from the end of October 2018 (earliest move-in: 23.10.2018) until beginning of January 2019 (latest move-out: 11.1.2019).

The house has 43 m2, and consists of a big eat-in kitchen, a cosy sleeping room, a bath room with toilet and shower. The two terraces and the garden are definitely the highlight of the property. The station "Hütteldorf" is being reached in 5-10 minutes. From there, you have superb connection to the inner city (U4, S80, S45) and to the surrounding. Within 5-10 minutes walking you can find all kinds of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries.

The house is fully furnished (with washing machine in the adjacent house, has Wifi (of course) and everything in the house can or rather should be used… :-)
