This house is more a home than a shared apartment, it's bright, it's green, it's cosy, it's calm and relaxing, it has a big garden with trees and a fireplace.
My home is very nicely located close to the forest but just around the corner from the tram nr. 60 with good connection to the center/schönbrunn etc. It's the perfect oasis if you are searching for a place to feel home, appreciate a garden in the middle of vienna, enjoy a certain healthy living together.
The apartment has a bright shared living room with lots of art books and plants, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, my studio, 2 bedrooms with cosy double beds.
The location of the house is perfect. The vienna forest is just a few minutes away, perfect running trails in walking distance. The tram nr. 60 is around the corner which brings you in 30 min to Westbahnhof or 13 min to Schönbrunn. There is the nightbus N60 going from opera straight to the house.
There are a few supermarkets around, a big Merkur in 100 meter, a pharmacy, Spar, Billa, dm...
