Ich suche vom 1. Feb. bis 31. Juli 2017 einen rücksichtsvollen Zwischenmieter für meine 80 m2 Wohnung. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert, sie wurde kürzlich frisch ausgemalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat 3 Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im 1. Wiener Bezirk gelegen und zur U3 Stubentor und Straßenbahnlinie 2 braucht man nur 2 Minuten. Den Stadtpark, Wien-Mitte (The Mall), Schwedenplatz, Donaukanal und Stephansplatz erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
Die wichtigsten Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Interspar, Dm, Apotheke, Post...) liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt auch sehr viele tolle Restaurants, Bars etc. im Umkreis.
Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, gibt es die Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
