Die 50 m2 große Wohnung befindet sich in der Schloesselgasse, 1080 Wien und ist von der U2 Rathaus ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Hauptuni, Schottentor ist etwa 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.

- 2 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern (SZ ca 12m2, WZ ca 25m2)
- 1 Küche
- 1 Vorraum
- 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine
- 1 WC
Zusätzlich verfügt das wunderschoene Altbau-Wohnhaus über einen Lift.

ich zahle aktuell 55EUR fuer Strom/Gas; Internet erhaelt man ab 20EUR/Monat.
