Die Wohnung wird gegen Ablöse möbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit kleinem Innenhof. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in Reichweite: ein Billa, ein Bipa und eine Trafik sind ums Eck und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal – 50 Meter neben der Wohnung befindet sich die U2-Station Messe-Prater. Vor allem für WU-Studierende ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet, da die WU in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Aber auch Studierende der Hauptuni haben es nicht weit und brauchen nur 6 Minuten mit der U2 bis zur Station Schottentor. Die Wohnung ist von Erholungsgebieten umgeben: Spaziergänge im grünen Prater als auch an der Donau, was will man mehr? ;)

Our beautiful 91m2 apartment in the 2nd district of Vienna will become available from July 1st. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (2x approx. 22m2, 1x approx. 12m2, 1x approx. 6m2). Each room is a seperate room (No shared entries). The bathroom includes washing machine and shower, the hallway has a large freezer and the fully equipped Kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge, gas oven and stove top. The apartment comes mostly furnished and prices can be negotiated.
The apartment is in a calm area and has a small courtyard. All necessary shops are within a 2 minute walk. The apartment is perfectly located for WU students (only 10 minute walk) and the main university is only a 6 minute subway ride away. The large Prater Park is also very close by for those lazy Sunday strolls, as is the Danube river for a swim in the summertime :)
