Wir suchen für unsere Wohnung ab 4. Juli bis 31. August zwei Personen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Mezzanin und hat circa 70m². Die Wohnung ist möbliert und teilt sich in einen Vorraum, 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Loggia, eine kleine Küche und schließlich ein Badezimmer (Badewanne) und ein WC auf.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Bezirk, Nähe Naschmarkt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten) befindet sich sowohl die U-Bahnstation Kettenbrückengasse (U4), als auch die U-Bahnstation Pilgramgasse (U4, 12A, 13A, 14A). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, DM, Post usw. sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruihgen und wenig befahrenen Straße. Ein weiterer Bonus ist, dass es einen schönen Hof gibt, den man auch gerne mal zum Lernen, Kaffee trinken oder Gärtnern verwenden kann.

We will rent out our flat from the 04.07. - 28.09. There are 2 bedrooms, a launch with a nice balcony, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. A big bonus that comes with the flat is the nice temperature during the summer and big courtyard and balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The underground stations Pilgramgasse and Kettenbrückengasse are just 3 minutes away. There are a lot of small shops, bars and… around.
