We are two students which unfortunately must be leaving Vienna, and with it, our nice flat. We are therefore looking for someone to take it over. It can hold a max of three people (in seperate rooms) with a comfortable 20 m^2 living room.
The flat is large, divided into two main rooms and two smaller ones, with the kitchen, WC, and bathroom in the middle between the two halves. The windows open up to the street, which sees probably a max of 5 cars in the day (so it's very quiet).
We would ideally like to leave all the furniture behind. To what extent can be discussed, depending on your preferences.
Wir sind zwei Studenten, die leider von Wien wegziehen müssen, und damit, unsere schöne Wohnung. Wir müssen dennoch ein Nachmieter finden. Die Wohnung wird angenehm für 3 Personen, die in getrennten Zimmern wohnen möchten, mit zusätzlich ein 20m^2 Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist also sehr groß. Es gibt zwei Hauptzimmern und zwei kleinere, mit der Küche, Badezimmer und WC mittendrin. Die Fenster öffnen zu einer extrem ruhigen Straße, die maximal 5 Autos pro Tag sieht.
Wir möchten am besten Fall das Möbel hinterlassen. In wie fern kann später gehandelt.
Very quiet. There are two Turkish shops open 7 days a week within 2 min walking, 2 Billas within 5 min. walking, and a Spar if you walk perhaps 6 min. Cheap and nice bars, cafes, shisha bars are also to be found in the area.
The S-bahn station Mazleindorfer Platz is 10 min away, as is Margaretengürtel U-bahn in the opposite direction.
It's also very easy to get around by bike in the area.
Sehr ruhig. Es gibt zwei türkische Geschäfte die 7 Tage der Woche geöffnet sind in weniger als 2 Min. entfernt, sowie 2 Billa von 5 Min. entfernt, und ein Spar auch ganz nah. Es sind auch billigen Kneipen, Cafés, Shisha Bars auch in die Nähe zu finden.
Die S-Bahn-Station Mazleindorfer Platz ist 10 Min. entfernt, so wie Margaretengürtel U-Bahn in die andere Richtung. Der Bezirk ist auch für Fahrräder sehr angenehm.
We have found already one person who would like to move in, he is French and doesn't speak German, therefore being able to speak French or English is highly recommended (he speaks English extremely well).
Wir haben schon eine Person gefunden, die einziehen möchtet. Er ist Franzose, der aber kein Deutsch spricht. Er kann sehr gut Englisch, also Französisch oder Englisch ist hier stark empfohlen.
