Die Wohnung hat drei große Zimmer, wo zurzeit zwei als Schlafzimmer und eines als Wohnzimmer verwendet wird.
Die Zimmer sind hell, groß und gut aufgeteilt.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl als WG, als auch als Familienwohnung.
Die Lage ist das Beste an der Wohnung. Direkt bei der Wohnung fahren die Buslinien 56A und 13A. In 2 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station Kettenbrückengasse (U4) und somit auch den 1. Bezirk.
Zum Karlsplatz braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten oder man fährt einfach 1 Station mit der U-Bahn.
Die beiden Bewohner ziehen aus, einer aus beruflichen Gründen, der andere (ich) aus privaten Gründen, weil ich in eine Wohnung mit meiner Partnerin gehe.
Die Einrichtung der gesamten Wohnung bleibt, bis auf das Zimmer.
Also Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, etc. bleibt so wie es auf den Fotos ist. Das Bett im kleineren Zimmer bleibt ebenfalls.
Abstandszahlung wird persönlich verhandelt.
