Liebe Wohnungssuchenden, aufgrund eines Wohnortwechsels suche ich einen Nachmieter für das ruhige Dachgeschossapartment in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung wird Provisionsfrei übergeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem schönen Teil der Gumpendorfer Straße,nämlich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Naschmarkts und Nahe des Burggartens, ca. auf Höhe des Café Sperl.
Das helle Apartment mit kleiner Terrasse/ Balkon besteht aus einem hellen Wohnraum mit sehr hohen Decken, einem großzügigen Vorraum und einem Bad. Es ist mit einer kleinen Küche, einer Klimaanlage sowie Verdunkelungsrollos ausgestattet. DieWohnung liegt in sehr beliebter Lage und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Es befinden sich etliche Boutiquen, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Saint-Charles Apotheke uvm. direkt vor der Türe.
Der Naschmarkt,die Mariahilferstrasse, das MuseumsQuartier, der Burggarten sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel liegen ebenfalls direkt vor der Türe-Der Bus 57a hält direkt vor der Türe,die U-Bahn Kettenbrückengasse liegt 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Due to a change of residence, i m looking for a new tenant for the quiet top floor apartment in a very central location. The apartment is located on the beautiful part of the Gumpendorfer Strasse, in the immediate vicinity of the Naschmarkt, and near the Burggarten. The bright apartment with high ceilings and small terrace/balkony is equipped with a small kitchen, a spacious entrance hall and bathroom, and air conditioning. There are several boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Saint-Charles pharmacy and much more right outside the door. The Naschmarkt, the Mariahilferstrasse, the Burggarten can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Public transport is also directly in front of the door-The bus 57a stops right outside the door, the subway Kettenbrückengasse is 3 minutes walk away. It can be taken part furnished / bed, wadrobe and a new dining table ( 350 €). The apartment is initially rented for a limited period of 3 years. The minimum rental period is 1 year plus 3 months notice.
