Die restliche Wohnung ist unmöbliert
Wohnung liegt in einer Seitengasse und ist somit sehr ruhig.
Kosten:
Miete: 620€ (Heizung und Wasser inkludiert)
Strom: ich Zahl momentan 35€
Fernsehen und Internet: 45€
Alles zusammen zahle ich 717,2€ mit der Haushaltsversicherung.
Abzugeben ab 1. August eventuell auch schon Mitte Juli.
5 Gehminuten von der Strassenbahnhaltestelle Eichenstrasse entfernt.
Von hier aus ist man in 2 Stationen beim Margaretengürtel und bei der U4
Nahversorger wie Spar, Billa und so weiter sind in 3-10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und ist daher angenehm ruhig.
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr angenehm und man bekommt nichts mit von ihnen.
