Meine wunderschöne, frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung im 7. Bezirk ist ab dem 01. November für 6 Monate zu haben!! Ich würde sie gerne einfach vollmöbiliert übergeben.
Zur Wohnung: Sie ist knapp 60 qm groß, besteht aus zwei Zimmern, wobei das eine ein Küchen-Wohnzimmer ist, einem Bad und einem WC. Es gibt in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung. Durch 6 bodentiefe Fenster ist sie außerdem sehr hell. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Kücheneinrichtung etc.). Die Miete beträgt 650€ plus Strom und Gas bei WienEnergie (eigene Gastherme in der Wohnung), was momentan etwa 85€ sind.
Die Lage ist super! Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Mariahilferstraße oder am Westbahnhof. Fußläufig sind auch die Stationen Zieglergasse, Burggasse und Kaiserstraße/Westbahnstraße zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt zum Innenhof, ist also sehr ruhig.
