While I am studying abroad, I am renting out my flat from February, 1st till the end of summer 2014.

The rent includes everything (heating, electricity, Internet,...). It's € 760.-.

It's 59m², on the forth floor of a new building with an elevator. It is very sunny, clean and comes with all furniture and dishes.
If you are coming to Vienna as an Erasmus/exchange student, or for a work project, I can also leave you bed sheets and towels if you want to travel with light luggage :)
The flat comes with a superfast broadband/wifi internet-connection with unlimited download.

There is a huge kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a seperate toilet.

The flat is 2 minutes away from the underground station Kendlerstraße (U3), which takes you to the city centre in 12 minutes.

There are many supermarkets and a pharmacy close by. There is also a hospital very close to the flat.

It is a very safe neighbourhood. There are 2 night busses which run every day, and there is the undergound 2 minutes away which runs all night on weekends.

I really love my flat and would like to rent it out to somebody who is clean and tidy and who will take good care of it. Because I don't smoke, I only rent to non-smokers! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Während ich im Ausland studiere, würde ich gerne meine Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Es ist eine schöne, neue, modern eingerichtete Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung, die ab 1. Februar bis Ende September 2014 vermietet wird.

Die Wohnung ist 59 m² groß, ostseitig, sehr sonnig und ruhig, hervorragend isoliert, im 4. Stock (von insgesamt 6), natürlich mit Lift.

Große Wohnküche mit Siemens-Elektrogeräten, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200 cm), Bad mit Wanne, separates WC mit Waschbecken extra, Vorzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Sicherheitstüre.

Diese Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen (oder zwei gute Freundinnen, die sich das Doppelbett teilen würden).
