The apartment offers two bedrooms, a big walk-through living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are of a different size (one 6.5 m2, the other 20m2). However, the person living in the small bedroom might want to use part of the huge living room (21m2) as their study room. Given the different size of the rooms, the flat is also very well suited for couples.
Every bedroom can be rented empty or partially furnished (open to negotiation), the living room is completely furnished. Some of the pictures taken are from the time I moved in, which is why the flat looks so empty.
The flat is situated in the best area of the 16th district, not far from the Yppenplatz and the Ottakringer Brewery. Given the excellent connection by public transport, you can reach any part of the city within half an hour. The closest metro station (Josefstädter Straße) is approx. 8 minutes by foot, the closest tramlines (line 2 and line 44) are about 100m and 250m away. A 5-minutes-walk will bring you to tramline 9. There are two more tramlines (line 5 and line 33) that leave at the metro station Josefstädter Straße (8 minutes from the apartment).
You will also find lots of shops and supermarkets (Billa, Merkur, Bipa, ...) just around the corner. There are also a lot of Anatolian and Asian shops in the area. Another great advantage is the Yppenplatz with many great bars, cafés and delicious restaurants.
I'm renting the flat for six months since I'm leaving Vienna in July to study a semester abroad. If you're interested in the flat or just one of the two rooms during that period, I'd be happy to hear from you. Chances are higher if you're interested in renting the flat from August 2019 to February 2020 but also moving in at the beginning of September might be fine.
