Die sanierte Altbauwohnung verfügt über eine kleine Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Herdplatten, Mini-Backofen, Waschmaschine) im Eingangsbereich, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, ein kleines Schlafzimmer (Bett 140 x 200 cm) und ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Couch, Fernseher, großen Pax-Kästen, Bücherregalen). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Die Fenster sind ost- und westseitig ausgerichtet.Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße.
The old and renovated flat has a very high ceiling. There is a small kitchen (with a fridge, electric hobs, a small oven, washing machine) in the entrance area, a small bath room with shower, a small bedroom (bed: 140 x 200cm)and a very big living room (with table, desk, couch, TV, large closets, printer, monitor). The flat is very bright. Windows go to the east and to the west. The house is located in a one-way-street.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Einbahnstraße. 3 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahnstation Johnstraße. In 15 Minuten ist man also im Stadtzentrum und in 20 Minuten auf der Hauptuniversität. Das Universitätssportzentrum befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte (Billa, Spar, Zielpunkt, Penny, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa, DM).
The house is located in a one way-street and next (3 min) to the metro station Johnstraße (U3) and tram station (49). It only takes around 20 min to Uni Wien by tram or metro. The University Sports Department is only 5 walking minutes away. You can find supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Zielpunkt, Lidl, DM, Bipa) in a 5 min walking distance.
Ich werde von 3. Oktober 2015 bis 26. Februar 2016 im Ausland sein und vergebe meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete (falls du die Wohnung etwas länger brauchst - wäre das kein Problem). Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für eine Einzelperson, als auch für ein Pärchen. Für eine WG ist sie nicht geeignet. Bei zwei Mieter/innen erhöht sich die Miete um 30 Euro (um die Mehrkosten beim Warmwasser abzudecken). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung - es darf aber gerne beim Fenster geraucht werden. Im Mietpreis inkludiert sind Kabelfernsehen und unbegrenztes Internet.
I will stay abroad from the 3rd of Ocotber 2015 until the 26th of February 2016. The flat is suitable for a single person or a couple. It is not adequate as a shared flat. For a couple I will charge 30 Euros extra to cover the costs of higher wot water consumption. The flat is a non-smoking area in general, but it is ok to smoke out of the window. The rent includes cable tv and unlimited internet.
