Hallo,
ich bin beruflich für ein paar Monate im Ausland und vermiete daher meine schöne Wohnung.
Schränke und Regale sind von persönlichen Sachen befreit. Lediglich Bücher und die Küchenausstattung bleiben in der Whg. Zudem gibt's es ein paar Pflanzen, weshalb ich sehr froh wäre jemanden zu finden, dem es Freude macht diese gelegentlich zu gießen. :)
Die Whg ist etwa 63 m2 groß wobei man vom Wohnzimmer in die Küche geht.
Würde sich auch gut für Pärchen eignen.
Küche hat einen Essplatz für 4-5 Personen.
WC und Bad sind getrennt.
Es gibt eine extra Matratze für Gäste im Wohnzimmer...
Bettwäsche kann bei Bedarf gestellt werden.
Das Haus ist sauber und gut geführt. Nachbarn kennen sich.
Für Fahrräder ist im Innenhof ein überdachter Abstellplatz.

The bed is a so called "french" three quarter bed with a wide of about 140 cm.

The metro (linie U3) is around the corner (3 min) and provides a straight and quick connection to "Westbahnhof", the popular shopping street "Mariahilferstrasse" and the City Center "Stephansplatz" (10 min).
In case of arrival from the airport by public transport: take the City Airport Train (CAT) or Train S7 to "Wien Mitte“, then U3 to "Johnstrasse“, take Exit "Meiselmarkt / Sturzgasse".
