Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist 42m2 groß und hat drei Zimmer. Ein großes Wohnzimmer. Eine Küche und ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof hinaus. Es hat die Morgensonne und Vogelgezwitscher in der Früh und ist sehr still! Am Abend leuchtet die Sonne ins Wohnzimmer.

Hey there! I want to rent my beautiful and spacious flat for April. The flat is 42 squaremeters in size. It has three rooms. One larger living room a kitchen and a sleeping room. The sleeping room is turned to the backyard which makes it silent and convenient. In the backyard are many trees so you hear the birds sing and see the morning sun. Evening sun shines into the living room.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen 18.Bezirk in der Schumanngasse 15.
1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt ist das Allgemeine Krankenhaus und die Medizinische Universität Wien (MUW). Deshalb ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut (U6,42,43 und Citybikes).
Wichtige Punkte der Stadt sind schnell und problemlos zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielseitig gegeben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Hofer, Spar und auch den schönen Kutschkermarkt, wo viel los ist und man Frisches bekommt! Im Krankenhaus ist ein Supermarkt der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, was selten ist in der Stadt und manchmal schon sehr hilfreich war.

The flat is situated in the 18th district in Schumanngasse 15.
One minute to go is the general hospital and the medical school. Therefore the public transportation is very good at this point, you can reach every major point of the city in a short time (U6, 42, 43 and Citybikes).
There are many supermarkets around, even one that is opened on sunday which is rare in town.
In the neighbourhood is the Kutschkermarkt which is not only wonderful for fresh food but also a beautiful place to visit!
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet. Ihr braucht Euch also kein Geschirr, Kochzeug, Bettdecken oder Bettbezüge etc. kaufen, es ist alles da! Die Nachbarn im Haus kennen sich alle, viele sind auch Studenten, was das ganze Wohnen WG-artig gestaltet.
Also, ich freue mich über eure Anfragen, sende gerne auch noch weitere Bilder. Und dann kommt einfach vorbei schaut es euch an.

There is everything from the spoon to the the bed linen..
The neighbours are students, too. Everybody knows each other which makes living social and like in a shared place never boring, although you are in your own flat.
