Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung in der Lindauerstrasse im 16. Bezirk von 26. Juli bis 25. August. Die Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Es ist eine 45 m2 große und helle Wohnung, bestehend aus einem großen Wohnzimmer (ca. 20m2) mit voll ausgestatteter Küche (kein Geschirrspüler), einem großen Schlafzimmer (ca. 18m2), Bad und separatem WC. Es handelt sich um ein Gebäude mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern (Altbau). Sie wird voll möbliert vermietet.

Die Lage ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 44 sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die U6-Station Josefstadter Straße ist etwa zehn Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Der Brunnenmarkt ist einer der längsten und günstigsten Märkte in Europa. Hier finden Sie alle Arten von Zutaten und Gewürze aus der Weltküche. Der Yppenplatz und der Yppenpark, in denen viele künstlerische und kulturelle Aktivitäten stattfinden, haben sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem Anziehungspunkt entwickelt, an dem sich viele beliebte Cafés und Restaurants befinden. Diese beiden lebhaften Orte sind 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Apotheken, etc. (Billa, Lidl, Hofer, Spar).

We are renting out our beautiful apartment on Lindauerstrasse in the 16th district from July 26th to August 25th. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is a 45 m2 and bright apartment consisting of a large living room (approx. 20m2) with a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a large bedroom (approx. 18m2), bathroom and separate toilet. It is a building with high ceilings and large windows. It is rented fully furnished.

The location is very well connected to the public transport network. The tram lines 2 and 44 can be reached in two minutes on foot, the U6 station Josefstadter Straße is about ten minutes away from the apartment.

The Brunnenmarkt is one of the longest and cheapest markets in Vienna. Here you can find all kinds of ingredients and spices from the world cuisine. Yppenplatz and Yppenpark, where many artistic and cultural activities take place, have developed into a center of attraction in recent years, where many popular cafes and restaurants are located. These two lively places are 5-6 minutes walk away. In the vicinity of the apartment there are numerous shops, pharmacies, etc. (Billa, Lidl, Hofer, Spar).
