ich tausche meine ca. 30 qm grosse wohnung im 16. bezirk gegen eine günstigere wohnung. meine neue wohnung sollte bis max. 250 euro plus nebenkosten im monat kosten und möglichst zentral liegen, am besten nähe felberstrasse bzw. westbahnhof. ein zimmer in einer zweck wg wäre auch ok. meine wohnung liegt direkt an der ottakringer strasse, 1 minute gehweg zur 44 strassenbahn die 10 min bis zum schottentor fährt. die kaltmiete sind 310 euro, strom kommt nochmal ca. 40-50 euro monatlich dazu. bei einzug wäre einmalig eine kaution plus provision von 2000 euro zu zahlen. bitte nur melden, wenn du auch eine wohnung zum tausch anzubieten hast, alles andere macht keinen sinn für mich. bitte nur per email melden, am besten gleich mit fotos von deiner wohnung
