Aachen 1-room flat request

My name is Dengyang Zhou. I'm an international student and will soon start a master's program at RWTH. Thus, I am looking for a 1-room flat in Aachen near RWTH.

I take care of personal cleanliness and hygiene; I don't smoke; and I'll take good care of the furniture and other amenities in the flat. I won't create any noise because I enjoy a calm setting. And I don't have any negative habits.

I haven't been to Germany (I will be there in October) so I can't apply S CHUFA, but my study abroad expenses are fully funded by my parents, who are both teachers with a steady income. Thus they can sponsor my living in Germany. Furthermore, when I applied for the student visa, a security deposit was required, which could cover my rent and living expenses for at least one year.

I am not in Germany, but I have an older brother who is living in Aachen, and he can help me see the apartment.
