I am a Chinese visting schloar in RWTH. I have a doctor degree and I have been working in China for 5 years. All of my cost in German are afforded by my company. So you do not need to worry about the rent. By the way, I am an non-smoker.
I'd like to rent an apartment with my own bath room,showers and basic furnitures(bed, table,washing machine). I am a very neat person, so I'd like to rent a neat apartment. I plan to live in it by myself or with my wife, if she can come to Germany after two month.
I plan to rent the apartment from 01.04.2015 until 10.12.2015.
