My name is Kathleen and I am looking for a private apartment (with private bath) near FH Aachen. I will be a student there during the Spring Semester. I am 24 years old and very clean and quiet.
I am looking for the following:
Price: 300 - 350 Euros (total rent including utilities)
Private room
Private bath inside the room
Furnished (only need minimal furnishings -- a bed, wardrobe, etc)
Near FH Aachen University or near transportation (train, bus, etc)
Need the room from March 1st, 2017 to July 31st, 2017
Washing machine inside apartment (preferred) or inside the building at least
Non-smoking and will not have pets
