I begin to stay at Aachen from 16th September and study master degree at the Aachen University.
Thus, I am looking for a 1-room flat near the Aachen University.
I am flexible regarding the time of starting residence. (17th Sep ~ 7th Oct)
I assure you that I will keep the rules related with the flat, such as paying my rent, keeping clean, and so on.
I wish the contract period would be near 6 months, but it is okay for the longer(up to one year) or shorter(up to 3 month) one.
