New RWTH Aachen PhD student looking for an apartment.

Dear house owner, my name is Zhenyu Liu. I am a 27-year-old single male from China (now living in the Netherlands). This August I will be a new PhD student at RWTH Aachen University, major in geomatics. Therefore I am looking for an apartment that I can move into from July 1st to August 1st. I will stay in Aachen for at least three years, so I am willing to stay for a long time if I find a suitable apartment.

The apartment preferably comes with furniture, such as a bed and a washing machine (can be a shared washing machine). I would also be happy to accept some of the current tenant's furniture at a reasonable price, which can be negotiated further. The location of the apartment is hopefully not too far from the RWTH Aachen University and can be reached within 20 minutes by public transport.

I have a positive and optimistic personality. I don't smoke or have pets, and I like a tidy environment, so I always clean my room regularly. I am quiet and do not disturb my neighbors. My personal interests are mainly traveling in Europe and photography.
