Sehr geehrte/r zukünftige/r Vermieter/in,

Mein Name ist Gwanza, ich komme aus einem kleinen, aber wunderschönen Land, Georgia. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere an der Universität Ausgburg den MA of Arts in Anglistik und Amerikanistik.

Normalerweise bin ich sehr ruhig, aufmerksam und organisiert. Ich lebe alleine, rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere.

Ihr Zuhause ist in meinen Händen sicher, weil ich alles ausschalte, bevor ich das Haus verlasse, und überprüfe mindestens 100 Mal, ob ich die Tür geschlossen habe 😄

Ich gehe gerne spazieren, reise, schaue Filme, lese Bücher, besuche Museen und Cafés.

Ich spreche nicht so gut deutsch aber kann gut English.

My name is Gwanza, I come from a tiny but beautiful country Georgia. I am 22 years-old female and study at uni Ausgburg MA of Arts English and American Studies.

I am usually very quiet,attentive and organized. I live alone, I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets.

Your home will be safe in my hands because I turn off everything before I leave house, and check if I locked the door minimum 100 times 😄

I like walking, traveling, watching movies, reading books, visiting museums and cafes.

Unfortunately, I don’t speak German very well but I’ll do my best. Meanwhile, if you’d feel comfortable we can communicate in English.
