Dear All,
Coming to Augsburg for 2 years for working, I am looking for an unfurnished 1 room flat in Innenstadt. I can also accept a flat in Göggingen if it is good. I can rent the apartment from March or April 1st for two years maximum. I can visit it as soon as possible in February / March (easily coming to Augbsurg as my company is located close to the city).
I am looking for a luminous and recent flat, if possible with a garden / balcony. I would need a gas cooker and an oven would be perfect. A parking lot is a must but would be appreciated as I am going to bring my car.
I am french and I cannot speak German at the moment but I can ask my colleagues to help me for reading ! :) . 25 years old, I am a sportswoman and non-smoker.
