Hello everyone,
My name is Itay, I just arrived to Augsburg a month ago and I am looking for a flat for the next year.
I'm originally from Israel, where I graduated from university as a software engineer. In the past 8 years I've been working as a software engineer for several big companies around the world, and currently work independently from home. My income is stable and I will happily show income statements as well as pay any Kaution required.
Recently I decided to move to Germany since this is where my family originally came from. I am looking for a quiet flat where I can focus on working. I don't smoke and have no pets, so your flat will be kept clean and good condition. I'm very responsible and respectful to other people's property and can show recommendation letters from previous homeowners.
Since I just moved to Germany, I still can't speak German, but I'm learning it quickly and sure that I will be able to speak it in the next few months. In the meantime we can communicate in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew.
