Looking for a 1-room- flat to rent near Hochschule Augsburg

Hello! My name is Ana Carolina Belotto, I am 30 years old and I come from Brazil. Really soon I will give a significant step towards a dream of mine, which is to live and study in Germany! I will start a Masters in International Business and Finance at Hochschule Augsburg. In addition to the studies, I will work part-time (remotely) to a Brazilian Company. Needless to say, I need a furnished place to stay (the closest to the University, the better), not just to live, but also to obtain my Augsburg Residence Permit and Anmeldung, reason why getting a Wohnungsgeberbestatigung is another must. My course will take 18 months, but for now, I am looking for a 6-month-rent as I shall travel to study in a foreign university in the next semester.
