One-room apartment to sublet (45 sqm).

Two-Three months rental, from August the 27th until the end of November (dates can be a bit flexible in November). Unfortunately, Anmeldung it is not a possibility.

The living room area is equipped with a sofa bed (perfect for a person or a couple), two desks for home office, a full bath with tub, washing machine, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. Neubau building with lift, is very bright, quiet, peaceful, and cozy.

Fresh sheets and towels will be provided. You will have your own wardrobe space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, toaster, water boiler, offee machine, oven, microwave and all the needed appliances and kitchen cutlery,

The apartment is located in Mitte, Alexanderplatz. Alexanderplatz’s U-Bahn (u2, u5, u8) and S-Bahn train stations are just a short walk (5 minutes). There is a supermarket 100 meters away.

The cost (1300€ per month) is all-inclusive, with a deposit of 500€ (which will be reimbursed upon the end of the sublet)

Looking for someone or a couple (the apartment is not equipped for children nor pets) who is/are, professional, respectful, responsible, non-smokers and who will treat this place like their own home, especially our beloved plants!
