Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und somit ohne Treppensteigen zu erreichen.

Der Wohnraum
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit vier Cerankochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Frenchpress, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.

In der Küche befinden sich meist etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee etc.

Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohnung über kostenloses W-LAN.

Leider haben wir jedoch keinen Fernseher, deswegen empfehlen wir die Mitnahme eines Laptops. Bei Bedarf können wir einen Zugang zu Netflix bereitstellen.

Das Bad hat eine Dusche, einen Waschbecken, Toilette und einen Fön.

In liebevoller Arbeit haben wir das ehemalige Restaurant zu einer Ferienwohnung umgebaut, die von der Stadt Berlin genehmigt wurde. Da sie sich auf einer Gewerbefläche befindet nimmt die Wohnung keinen Wohnraum weg und trägt nicht zum Wohnungsmangel in Berlin bei. Somit können Sie bei uns ruhigen Gewissens buchen.
