Das frisch renovierte Apartment verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm breitem Doppelbett, einer Couch, einem Schrank und einem kleinen Schreibtisch. Die separate, voll ausgestattete Küche hat eine Theke mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und somit ohne Treppensteigen zu erreichen.
Der Wohnraum
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit vier Cerankochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Frenchpress, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.
In der Küche befinden sich meist etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee etc.
Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohnung über kostenloses W-LAN.
Leider haben wir jedoch keinen Fernseher, deswegen empfehlen wir die Mitnahme eines Laptops. Bei Bedarf können wir einen Zugang zu Netflix bereitstellen.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche, einen Waschbecken, Toilette und einen Fön.
In liebevoller Arbeit haben wir das ehemalige Restaurant zu einer Ferienwohnung umgebaut, die von der Stadt Berlin genehmigt wurde. Da sie sich auf einer Gewerbefläche befindet nimmt die Wohnung keinen Wohnraum weg und trägt nicht zum Wohnungsmangel in Berlin bei. Somit können Sie bei uns ruhigen Gewissens buchen.
PARKEN
An der Grellstraße gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, die von unsere Gästen genutzt werden können. Tagsüber kann man i.d.R. einfach einen Parkplatz finden, am Abend muss man etwas suchen.
BETTWÄSCHE & HANDTÜCHER
Bettwäsche, ein Badetuch und ein Handtuch pro Person sind im Preis inbegriffen. Extra Handtücher können gerne gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werde.

The aparment is located on the ground floor and has been lovingly rennovated and converted from a former restaurant. Since it is located in a commercial space, it has been legally allowed by the city of Berlin and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So you can stay here without having bad a consicous about contributing to the city's housing issues.
