Single professional seeking long-term 1-person accomodation

My name is Darren. I am 29 and from Ireland. I moved to Berlin in February and I am currently in a flat-share. I am now looking for my own space and feel this would really benefit my experience in this city.

I currently work for an IT company on Kottbusser Straße. I am employed full-time, and I have recently passed my probation period. I am hoping to stay in Berlin for many years to come.

I have been described as a 'low maintenance' tenant in the past, and I have experience of renting my own apartment. I would describe myself as extremely clean, and respectful of any property that I am renting. I treat any accomodation as being like my own. I am also extremely punctual with paying rent and have never had any issues with this in the past.

I can provide a schufa (jetzt beantragen) and proof of income, and should be able to provide any additional documents that might be required. I would require Anmeldung to be possible.
